Four simple steps to sell your mineral rights.

1. Submit Info

Send us your property details. The more info you can send the better. Typically, After you submit via text on our site we will review and may ask for follow up information before an offer can be made.

2. Receive Offer

Once we complete this initial evaluation, if your property is of interest to us, we will send an offer. If accepted we will draft a contract for your review.

3. Due Diligence

We require a specific amount of time to verify title or other information. All our deals are at least contingent on our approval of title.

4.Closing

Execute the conveyance deed with a Notary.
